The town will be auctioning off a single-family ranch home located at 5 Apple Street, off of Rte. 6, at 12 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 7.

The auction will be held on site. Zekos Group, which will run the auction, describes the home as being about 936 square feet with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fireplace and garage. The home is described as a “great rehab project.”

The house is located on a property that’s about .44 acres.

Ahead of the auction, potential bidders can register and tour the property from 11 a.m. to noon. 

A $10,000 deposit will be due at the time of sale, with an additional $10,000 deposit due the next business day. Closing will be in 30 days.
